    About 8 years ago, I fell on a hard concrete floor and by process os elimination - I injured my nerve endings giving me arthritis. Had a wonderful experience & they got me back to exercising. Recommended a husband & wife and they also were very pleased with PPT. They are recommending their friends.
    Recently, I injured my knees again doing an exercise tape and I am still having a wonderful experience. So much so - that my husband - who is a “i’ll Never have knee replacement surgery” kind of guy (I don’t blame him) has started physical therapy there an he also having a wonderful experience. They are the BEST!
